    sea scallops 20, olive oil 1 T, cumin 2t, kosher salt 1 T, black pepper 1 t

Directions

Brush scallops with olive oil, mix seasonings together and season each scallop with mixture.
Serve with Chickpea Salas and Red Pepper Tahini Vinaigrette
