    lemon Juice 2 oz, olive oil 2 oz, cumin 1t, cayenne 0.5t, salt 2t, black pepper 0.5t, 2 cans garbanzo beans (rinsed, drained), 1 serrano pepper roasted/peeled/seeded/diced, yellow bell pepper as above, parsley 0.25C, chives 0.25C

Directions

wisk seasoning together. add veggies, let sit 30 min to 2 hours at room temp before serving.
