Sun-Dried Tomato Tapenade

Ingredients

    1 C oil-packed sun-dried tomatoes
    6 T EVOO
    2 garlic cloves, minced
    1 T fresh basil
    1 tsp fresh oregano
    1 tsp chopped fresh rosemary
    1 tsp fresh lemon juice
    1/2 tsp sea salt

Directions

Combine all ingredients in a food processor. Process until pureed and well-incorporated. Store in a clean glass airtight container and top with a little more EVOO. Will keep refrigerated for up to 1 month.
