Introduction

Number of Servings: 3

Ingredients

    1/2 c dry red lentils
    1 (14 oz) can chicken broth
    3/4 c water
    1/2 c chopped carrots
    1/2 c chopped onion
    1 tsp garlic powder

    1 tsp parsley
    1/4 tsp basil
    1/4 tsp oregano
    1/4 tsp thyme

Directions

Dump all ingredients except for herbs into crockpot. Cook on low for approximately 6 hours. (Cooking time will be much longer if you are not using red lentils.) Stir in herbs before serving.

Serving size is approximately 3/4 c.
