Ingredients

    4 plumbs, halved and pitted
    3 tbls basalmic vinegar

Directions

place plumb halves in roasting pan, pour vinegar over the fruit coating the tops. bake in a 350 degree oven for 20min.

1 serving = 2 halves
4 servings

if desired serve with ice cream, or whipped topping of your choice.
