Vegetable Salad

Introduction

A very low calorie but filling salad A very low calorie but filling salad
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    Celery - 3 medium stalks, chopped
    Cucumber - 1/2 cup, peeled and chopped
    Carrots - 3/4 cup, grated
    Yellow Bell Peppers - 10-12 strips, chopped
    Onions - 3/4 cup, chopped

    For the dressing:
    Salt - about 1/2 tsp
    Chilli Powder - 1/2 tsp
    Cumin Seed Powder - 1/2 tsp (optional)
    Juice of 1 lemon
    cilantro for garnish

Directions

Mix together all the vegetable in a big bowl. In a smaller bowl, mix the ingrediants for the dressing and then pour over the salad and mix thoroughly. Cilantro can be added for garnish
