Ingredients

    INGREDIENTS:

    * 1 pound spinach
    * 2 tbsps white sesame
    * 1 tbsp sake
    * 1 tbsp sugar
    * 1 tsp soy sauce

    PREPARATION:
    Wash and boil spinach. Drain the water very well. Cut spinach into 2 inch lengths. Put sesame seeds in a grinder and grind them. Add sugar, soy sauce, and sake in the grinder and mix well. Add spinach and stir well.

    *Makes 4 servings
