*Tortillas, MISSION, flour tortilla, 8 inch, 4 serving
Chili powder, 1 tbsp
93% Lean Ground Turkey, 12 oz
Carrots, raw, 1 cup, grated
*Tostitos Mild Salsa, 10 tbsp
Tossed Salad, 4 cup
*Kraft 2% Shredded Cheddar Cheese, .5 cup
Cilantro, raw, 4 tbsp
Meanwhile: Brown turkey with carrots and remaining 2 1/2 tsp Chili Powder in a large non-stick skillet on medium high heat, stirring occasionally. Add 1/2 cup of the salsa; cook 2 minutes, or heated through, stirring occasionally.
MIX Salsa and Plain lowfat yogurt in a bowl, add salad greens and toss to coat. Spoon into tortilla shells; top with meat mixture, cheese and cilantro.
add chopped tomatoes if you like.
