Ingredients

Cauliflower, raw, 1 head, medium (5-6" dia) (remove)
Fat free half and half, .5 cup (remove)
Salt, 1 tsp (remove)
Pepper, black, 1 tsp (remove)
I Can't Believe It's Not Butter, Light Spread (Soft), 1 Tbsp, 2 serving (remove)
Directions
Break the cauliflower head into flowettes and wash. Discard leaves and stalk. Place in pot with about 3 inches of water, cover and boil for about 5 minutes. Drain water off cauliflower throroughly. Place cauliflower in blender with all other ingredients. Blend well and serve. (Add the half and half slowly and check consistency. If you want them to look more fluffy add less half and half) This makes 4 half cup servings. Enjoy!!
