Hi Protein "Mock"achino

Introduction

So yummy! You won't know you aren't having the "real" thing So yummy! You won't know you aren't having the "real" thing
Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    1 cup of coffee - chilled
    1 cup of crushed ice
    2 scoops of your favorite protein whey powder (I like Chocolate)
    2 TBS Coffee-mate sugar free Vanilla Carmel creamer

Directions

Add ingedients to blender and blend until smooth. You can add more ice for a thinker consitency.

Pour into cup and enjoy!

(It's also tastes good to add a couple of TBS of ground flaxseed or psylium husk for additional fiber, etc.)
