Introduction

Ingredients

    1 1/2 cups sliced chicken breast
    1/2 cup chopped white onion
    2 celery stalks, chopped
    1/3 cup corn
    1 carrot, chopped
    2 cups brown rice
    1/4 cup dry white wine
    2 1/2 cups chicken broth
    1 tbls SPICY MRS. DASH

    • Combine all the ingredients in a slow cooker. Cover and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours. Serve with 1 baked corn tortilla crakled over top!

    Makes 4 servings
