1/3 c. crushed bran
1 1/2 c. of oats
1/4 c. chopped dried apricots
1/4 c. dried dates
1/3 c. crushed or chopped walnuts, almonds, hazelnuts or Brazil nuts
To make breakfast: Combine 1/2 c. muesli with shredded apple (about 1/4 apple) with 3/4 cup milk, soy milk, or almond milk. Soak overnight. Then combine with additional milk or yogurt and enjoy!
