IntroductionDelicious juicy chicken breasts. Extremely tender on the inside and crispy on the outside. Delicious juicy chicken breasts. Extremely tender on the inside and crispy on the outside.
6 chicken breasts
1 cup soft bread crumbs ( I dry my own whole wheat bread and blend it for a few seconds. Cheaper and healthier than store-bought bread crumbs.)
6 Tbs grated cheese (Parmesan or Mozzarella work well)
2 Tbs chopped parsley (fresh or dry)
0.5 tsp salt
0.25 Cups butter (recipe calls for 0.5 cups but i decided to cut mine down a little)
1.5 tsp Dijon mustard
0.25 tsp Worcestershire sauce
2 cloves garlic, crushed
Melt the butter.
Add mustard. garlic, Worcestershire sauce to the melted butter and cool to luke-warm.
Dip both sides of chicken breast in butter mixture then roll in bread crumb mixture to coat completely.
Place chicken on baking pan spaced evenly.
Pour remaining mixture over chicken.
Bake for about 45 minutes or until tender.
