Ravishing health becomes YOU! Steamy hot brown rice will add pleasure when stepping on the scale! Time saved, fat dissolved by using a suchi chef's secret weapon! The rice cooker!

Ingredients

    1 cup of brown rice
    1 1/2 cups of water
    3 medium spears of asparagus
    1 spritz of Purrfect Dressing
    1 cucumber sliced
    1 tomatoe sliced
    3 leaf of iceburg lettuce

    Large crisp lettuce leaf becomes the wrapper for tasty steamed rice laced with diced tomatoe, a spear of asparagus, a shaved cucumber strip, a spritz of oil & vinegar!

    While the rice is steaming, place the asparagus spears on top for the last blasts of heat ( 4 minutes ) prior to wrapping!

Directions

Makes 3 Rice wrappers with leftover rice for tomorrow's creation!
