Ingredients

    1/4 cup fat-free mayonnaise
    1/4 cup plain, non-fat yoguart
    1 tsp. lime juice
    1 1/2 tsp. cumin
    2 cups chopped cooked skinless chicken breast
    1/2 cup chopped red pepper
    1/2 cup black beans, drained
    1/2 cup sweet corn, drained (or thawed if frozen)
    1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
    1 medium tomato, chopped
