Ingredients

    MAIN course for TWO:

    Ingredients:
    3/4pound ground pork sausage
    1/4 pound ground chicken breast
    1 Tbsp orange zest
    1 tsp of Mirin
    1 tsp of soy sauce
    1 tsp chopped thyme
    1/2 tsp chopped sage
    1 tsp chopped rosemary
    1 Tbsp freshly ground orange
    2 Tbsp sweet Thai chili sauce
    Salt and pepper to taste
    1 scrambled raw egg
    1 package won ton wrappers

    SERVE on a sassy tray ! Sprinkle this zesty creation with seasame seeds then drizzle with a fine balsalmic.

Directions

1) All tossed into large bowl - except the egg
2) Fold ingredients together
3) Spoon onto browned wonton wrappers
4) Use fingers to round 1/2 wrap with egg wash
5) Fold over wrapper and seal edges with a fork
6) Steam potstickers in rice steamer for 9 min

Make brown rice first. Serve with a salad that has warm rice as an ingredient + mandarin orange and walnuts within the toss.
