Ingredients

1/3 Cup Orange Juice
2 tbs olive oil
1 1/2 thyme
4 salmon filets
1tbs brown sugar
1 tsp paprika
Orange Relish:
1/2 tsp grated orange peel
2 oranges. peeled and cut itno 1/2 inch pieces
1 tbs honey
1 tbs chopped red onion
1 tbs fresh parsley
1/2 tsp ginger
Directions
Mix orange juice. oil and 1 tsp thyme in a small bowl mix, add to a large plastic bag with salmon and marinate for a half hour/
In the meantime mix ingredients for the relish
Preheat oven to 400 degrees, mix brown sugar. paprika. remainng thyme in a small bowl. Remove salmon from marinade, rub salmon with paprika mixture. Place salm,on on foil-lined pan ake 10 to 15 minutes serve salmon with orange relish
