1 Cup of Couscous prepared
3 Tbs sundried tomatos in oil
2 red peppers roasted chopped
2 TBS olive oil
1 can garbanzo beans drained and rinsed
1/4 cup golden raisins
1 tbs roasted pignoli or walunuts
1 tsp oregeno
salt to taste
