2 lbs. small red potatoes, scrubbed and cut in half
3 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp garlic salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tsp dried crushed rosemary
1 tsp parsley
Put potatoes in large bowl. Drizzle oil and seasoning over potatoes. Stir to coat. Place potatoes in a single layer on a baking sheet.
Bake potatoes uncovered 40 to 45 minutes, turning halfway through baking time. Potatoes should be a light golden brown and tender.
Adjust seasonings to taste.
