3 cups of milk, or buttermilk
2 cups of oats (old fashioned or quick)
7 Tbs (or 100 g) of unsweetened plain protein powder
1.5 tsp baking powder
3 eggs, well beaten
3/4 c white flour
1/4 c wheat flour (or any combination thereof)
Stevia to taste
We topped our's with a tablespoon of ricotta, fruit salad, and a half tablespoon syrup. Enjoy.
