White Bean Hummus

Introduction

A delicious bean dip that makes a great lunch A delicious bean dip that makes a great lunch
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1 can of Great Northern beans, drained
    2 tablespoons of chopped parsley
    1 tablespoon of tahinni
    1 tablespoon of olive oil
    2 teaspoons of lime juice
    1-2 cloves of garlic
    1/2 teaspoon of salt
    water to thin dip to desired consistancy

Directions

Add all ingredients, except water, together into a small food processor. Process into desired consistancy by adding water.

Spread on whole wheat crackers and serve with sliced cucumbers and carrot sticks.
