Winter-Vegtable Stir Fry

Ingredients

    2 tsp olive oil
    1/2 cup sliced red bell pepper
    1 cup sliced cauliflower
    3/4 cup sliced carrots
    1 clove garlic
    3/4 cup sliced zucchini
    about 1/3 can Baby Corn
    1/4 cup water chestnuts

Directions

Heat oil in deep pan or wok. Start cooking by adding cauliflower and carrots, then add bell pepper and garlic, then zucchini, then canned veggies. Cook until desired degree of done.
