Laura's Spanish Rice

Ingredients

    2 cups white rice, long grain
    3/4 cups mixed vegtables, frozen
    1/2 cup Canola Oil
    1/4 cup chopped onions
    1/2 can of tomato sauce
    4 cups of water
    1/4 cup chcken bouillon
    1 1/2 tablespoon salt

Directions

Heat oil in a sauce pan over medium heat. Add rice and stir until brown. Add onions and stir. Add water, tomato and let simmer for about 5 minutes. Add remaining ingridients and simmer over low heat until water has evaporated.
