Introduction

Great flavor! Lebanese style tabouleh. Great flavor! Lebanese style tabouleh.
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    1 cup dry tabouleh soaked in 3 cups of hot water and 1 tsp salt for 4 hours and then drained and squeezed dry in a towel
    2 tbsp olive oil
    juice of one lemon
    1/2 cup chopped parsley
    1/2 cup chopped arugula
    1 cup finely chopped tomato with seeds removed
    pepper
    1 tsp cayenne

Directions

Mix all of the ingredients together and chill.
