1 cup of Jasmine rice, raw 1 tsp curry powder 1-1/4 cup fat-free chicken broth 1 tsp olive oil salt and pepper to taste
Wash rice several times, until water runs clear. Add curry powder and olive oil and chicken broth to rice. Bring to a boil, cover, then steam until all liquid is absorbed. Remove from heat and allow to finish cooking. 5 minutes before serving, fluff with fork and recover.
