Crock Pot Catalina Chicken

Introduction

Easy and yummy. Serve over rice or whole wheat pasta. Easy and yummy. Serve over rice or whole wheat pasta.

Ingredients

    1 lb skinless, boneless chicken breast
    1 pkg Lipton onion soup mix, dry
    1 c carrots, chopped
    1 c sweet peppers, chopped
    1 c onions, chopped
    1 c pineapple tidbits in its own juice
    1 c Kraft Free Catalina dressing

Directions

Mix all ingredients together in a crock pot and cook on low for 4-6 hours. Serve over brown rice or whole wheat pasta.
