Wolf's Turkey and Bean Chili

Introduction

Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    1lb ground Turkey
    2 cans (14.5oz) Hunt's Diced Fire Roasted Tomatoes (undrained)
    1 can Bush's Best Seasoned Black Beans (undrained)
    1 can Bush's Best Seasoned Dark Red Kidney Beans (undrained)
    1 medium Onion (diced)
    4 tbsp Chili Powder (adjust for taste, but at least 3 tbsp)
    3 tbsp Paprika (sweet)
    2 tsp Onion Powder
    3 cloves Garlic (minced)

Directions

Brown turkey in a deep pan until almost cooked, add onion and cook for a few minutes then add garlic and cook for about 2 more minutes. Add canned items including juices, stir throughly then add chili and onion powders and paprika. Stir to combine, then cover and reduce heat to LOW. Simmer over low heat, covered, for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Serve hot in a bowl, add a sprinkle of shredded cheese and a small dollop of sour cream if desired. (Not included in nutritional info.)
Makes about 8, 1.5 cup servings.
