5 cups fresh straberries cut in half 6 cups sugar 2-2oz packages of sugar free pectin 3 cups of water
Mashed strawberries and sugar together. bring pectin and water to a boil, and remove from heat. Add to strawberry mixture and stir until well mixed. Immedietly pour into jars. Store at room temperature for 24 hours. If going to use in the next three weeks store in fridgerator. Freeze the rest. I made 10 1/2 jars. Thats actually over 255 servings. It averaged at 13.8 calories a serving!!!
