Shrimp & zucchini curry

Ingredients

    Shrimp, raw, 3 oz
    Zucchini, 0.5 cup, sliced
    Dopiaza curry sauce, 0.25 500g jar
    Onions, raw, 0.5 medium, finely sliced
    Olive Oil, 1 tbsp

Directions

Fry the onions in the oil over a medium heat until golden brown. Add the courgettes and fry for 2 mins, then add the shrimp and continue to cook until they turn pink. Add the sauce, cover and cook on low for 5-10 minutes. Serve with rice.
