Introduction

Ingredients

    Raw tuna steaks, 4
    Olive Oil, 2 tbsp
    Thyme, fresh, 1 tsp
    Garlic powder, 1 tbsp
    balsamic vinegar, 1 tablespoon
    Onions, raw, 1 medium, grated
    Salt, 1 dash
    Pepper, black, 1 dash
    Butter, 1 tbsp.

Directions

Marinate the tuna steaks in a mixture of all ingredients except butter. Grill until done. Apply the butter on the steaks before serving.
