Pasta with meat sauce

Ingredients

    1.25lb ground turkey
    2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
    1 medium red or green pepper
    1 large zucchini
    1 red onion
    10 cherry tomatoes
    28oz can crushed tomatoes
    chili flakes
    oregano
    salt and pepper
    12 oz pasta

Directions

Brown ground turkey in large skillet with olive oil
Remove turkey from pan
Cook diced veggies until soft
Add back in ground turkey, crushed tomatoes, and spices.
Simmer while cooking pasta.
Serves 6.
