Peachberry Cream Smoothie
Introduction

Ingredients

1 small banana, or 3/4 medium
2/3 cup frozen sliced peaches
1/4 cup frozen blueberries
1/2 cup fat-free organic yogurt
1/2 cup water (more or less per desired consistency)
5 cubes ice (optional. leave out if making ahead)
Directions
Whirl everything in a blender until smooth and thick. If you are drinking immediately add the ice to give extra thickness.
If you want to make this the night before for a grab n go breakfast, leave the ice out, put in a cup with a lid, and store in the coldest part of your fridge. In the morning, just shake and go!
Makes about 1 1/2 cups.
