Introduction

Ingredients

    1 box (13.25oz) Whole wheat lasagne noodles
    1 lb. ground turkey
    3 c. spagetti sauce
    1.5 c. water
    1.75 c. 1% cottage cheese
    2 c. mozzarella cheese
    .5 c. grated parmesan cheese
    2 eggs
    1 T dried parsley
    .5 t. salt
    .5 t. pepper

Directions

1. Heat oven to 350 degrees F.
2. In 3qt. sauce pan over medium-high heat, brown meat; drain. Add spaghetti sauce and water; simmer about 10 min.
3. Meanwhile, in medium bowl, stir together ricotta cheese, one-half mozzarella cheese, parmesan cheese, eggs, parsley, salt and pepper.
4. Pour about 1 cup sauce on bottom of 13x9 inch baking pan. Arrange a later of UNCOOKED lagagne noodles in bottom of pan. Cover with 1 c. sauce. Spread one half of the cheese filling over sauce. Repeat layers. Top with later of lasagne and remaining sauce: sprinkle with mozzarella cheese
5. Cover with foil. Bake 45 min. Remove foil and bake 10 more minutes. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
