Braised Cabbage

Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    1medium cabbage
    3 large carrots
    3 large onions
    3 tbsp. olive oil
    1 cup water
    4 tbsp. dried parsley ( or to taste)
    0.5 tbsp. black pepper

Directions

Slice cabbage thinly. Shred carrots, and chop onions. Mix all ingredients and place in oven proof pan. Cook at 300*F. for about 2 hours. Stir frequently. Makes about 8 servings of 1 cup each.
