Cuban Chicken

Ingredients

    4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
    juice of 1 orange
    juice of 2 limes
    2 cloves garlic, crushed
    1/4 cup olive oil
    1 tsp chili powder

Directions

Combine juices, spices and olive oil. Marinate the chicken in mixture for an hour or overnight if desired. Cook under the broiler or on a grill.

  • I made this recipe last night with a small change, I added about 1/4 tsp of cayenne to the marinade. My husband liked this a lot, the chicken was very juicy. I cooked it on the grill. Next time I would add a bit more cayenne and chili powder. I do feel that this needs some salt. Very good!! - 7/19/11
