I'm always on the lookout for a good brownie/blondie recipe, and I think I found it! These are very yummy. Nice & chewy. Next time I think I'd like to replace the butter with applesauce and see how that comes out. The honey idea sounds good, too! - 3/4/11

  • I like to replace the brown sugar with the same amount of honey and to add pieces almonds or walnuts. Thanks for sharing this recipe! I made it several times and it always came out perfectly delicious! :-) - 2/12/09
