Ingredients

    shrimp, scallops, fish(any white fish) jalapenos, onions,cilantro

Directions

cube fish and scallops, add small shrimp raw, onions, cilantro and marinate with lemon/lime juice in a glass dish for several hours until all seafood is white and opaque. add remaining ingredients and serve well chilled. make 4 appetizer servings. serve with whole grain chips
