Dragon's Breath Pasta

Introduction

Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    6 servings thin spaghetti
    Chicken Thigh, 2 lb., cubed
    Worcestershire Sauce, 1 tsp
    Artichoke hearts, frozen, 2 packages (9 oz), partially thawed & quartered
    2 tbsp Kraft Zesty Italian Salad Dressing
    White Wine, 2 fl oz
    Black Olives, canned slices, 1 small
    fresh mushrooms, 1 cup slices/pieces
    about 1/4 c of white flour

Directions

1. In a pot, boil the spaghetti.

2. While spaghetti is boiling, heat up a nonstick skillet. Brown chicken pieces in Worcestershire Sauce on medium heat.

3. When done browning chicken, remove chicken and put aside. In the skillet leave the juices, and add the artichoke hearts, salad dressing, white wine, mushrooms, and black olives.

4. Bring to a boil, then lower heat to medium. Let liquid cook down to about half the amount.

5. Add chicken and bring back to a boil.

6. In a measuring cup, mix 2 cups water with 1/4 cup flour. Pour into skillet and stir constantly to make sauche.

7. Serve over a serving of spaghetti.

Makes 8 servings.
