Variation of Cottage Cheese Pancakes

Introduction

This is adapted from another recipe. I just quartered the measurements and am using using a Buttermilk Whole Wheat Flour mix instead.

Try them with some veggie sausage and a side of fruit!

Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

    1/2 cup Cottage Cheese (Nonfat)
    1 Large Egg
    1/8 Cup (2 tablespoons) Whole Wheat Flour

Directions

Mix the ingredients in a bowl. Let them sit in the refridgerator for about 45 minutes. Then cook them up like normal pancakes! :) Yummy.
