Blood sausage, 8 oz

Chicken Drumstick, 2 unit
Chicken Thigh, 2 unit
White Rice, long grain, 3 cup dry
Water, tap, 7 cup (8 fl oz)
Chicken Broth or Bouillon, 2 cup (8 fl oz)
Salt, 1 tbsp
Pepper, black, 1 tsp
*Kroger Chick Peas (canned), 3 cup
Garlic, 5 cloves
Onions, raw, 1/2 cup, chopped
2. In large pot place water, broth, chicken, port salt, pepper, onion, and garlic. Bring to a boil then lower heat and simmer for 60 minutes.
3. Turn on oven to 425.
4. In a large pan spread rice. Then add ingredients from pot, chick peas and blood sausage. Put in oven and let cook for 1 hour.
