Chicken & Squash Dinner

Ingredients

    *Best Choice Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast (frozen), 1 lb
    Pepper, black, 1/4 tsp
    Salt, 1/4 tsp
    Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped
    Paprika,1/2 tsp
    Red Ripe Tomatoes, 2 cup, chopped or sliced (can substitute 1 15 ounce can diced tomatoes
    Basil, ground 1/4 tsp
    Summer squash, 4 cup, chopped (I use yellow)

Directions

Sprinkle chicken pieces with mixture of the salt, pepper and paprika.. Brown under broiler or in skillet for 10 minutes turning once. Transfer chicken to a large heavy skillet. Add onion, tomatoes, oregano. Cover and cook over medium-low heat for about 30 minutes or until chicken is done. Add squash, cover, and cook for 10 minutes longer.
