Maryann's Hamburger Stew

Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1 lb Ground Beef 93% Lean,
    1/4 cup Peas,
    1 large Onions, raw, diced
    8 oz Mushrooms, fresh, sliced
    1 large Green Peppers (bell peppers), diced
    1 stalk Celery, raw, 1 stalk, medium diced
    1/8 teasp Thyme, ground
    1/8 teaspoon Basil,
    1/8 teasp Garlic powder
    1 cup Water
    1 cube beef bullion
    1 tablespoon Now Foods Guar Gum (to thicken - may use corn starch)

Directions

Brown hamburger in skillet and drain off grease. Pat more grease off with paper towel and crumble. Combine all theother ingredients with the browned meat making a gravy out of bullion, water, spices and guar gum. Put in a covered casserole and microwave for 20 minutes.
