* I can chopped olives (4.25 oz)
*2 tbsp fat free sour cream
*1 8 oz package light or low fat cream cheese, softened
* 1/4 cup (or more) chopped green onions
* 1 medium red ripe tomato, seeded and chopped
add veggies, mix up
refrigerate for an hour before serving with your favorite veggies, crackers, or sliced pita bread!
2 tablespoons per serving...but you will definitely want MORE!
