Cheddar biscuit cups

Ingredients

    1 cup self rising flour (I used Gold Medal)
    1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
    1/2 cup milk (I used skim milk)
    2 tbsp mayonnaise (I used Miracle Whip Light)

Directions

In a small bowl, combine the flour and cheese. STir in milk and mayonnaise (I used Miracle Whip light) just until moistened.

Fill greased muffin cups to almost two-thirds full. Fill empty muffin cups halfway with water. Bake at 425 for 17-20 minutes or until golden brown.
