1 cup self rising flour (I used Gold Medal)
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup milk (I used skim milk)
2 tbsp mayonnaise (I used Miracle Whip Light)
Fill greased muffin cups to almost two-thirds full. Fill empty muffin cups halfway with water. Bake at 425 for 17-20 minutes or until golden brown.
