Ingredients

    1 lb 93% Lean Ground Beef,
    2 large Onions, chopped
    1 stalk Celery, chopped
    1 lb Mushrooms, fresh,
    1 cube Beef bouillon, 1 cube
    1 tsp Now Foods Guar Gum,
    1/4 tsp Thyme, ground,
    1/4 tsp dried Basil
    1/4 tsp Pepper
    1 cup Water

Directions

Chop onions and celery and slice mushrooms.
Dissolve bouillon in water and stir in guar gum until thickens and not lumpy.

Brown and scramble meat. Pour off as much fat as you can. Add remaining ingredients and simmer until celery and onions are tender.
