Introduction

Chicken breast can be used, but I prefer the boneless, skinless thighs. They are smaller portioned, and more flavorful...and almost as lean as a breast. Ingredients

    In a shallow dish, combine dry ingredientsand parmesan cheese. Dip thighs in egg whites, then coat in crumb mixture. Spray baking sheet or baking stone with cooking spray, then place the thighs about an inch apart. Bake at 350 for 20-30 minutes until juices run clear. Serve on top of pasta with heated spaghetti sauce.
