    1 lb Pork loin ground
    1 3/4 tsp Polly's pork sausage seasoning (separate recipe_
    2 cup Onions, chopped
    2 large Egg, fresh
    1/2 cup Milk, nonfat,
    1 cup Oat Bran Cereal
    2 tbsp House of Tsang Less Sodium Soy Sauce
    2 tsp Yellow Mustard
    1/2 tsp thyme
    1/4 tsp sage
    1/4 tsp garlic
    1/2 tsp oregano

Directions

CUT ONION IN CHUNKS. PROCESS IN FOOD PROCESSOR UNTIL FINELY CHOPPED. ADD EGG TO ONIONS AND PULSE WITH FOOD PROCESSOR UNTIL EGG IS WELL BEATEN. ADD MUSTARD, SOY SAUCE AND ADDITIONAL SEASONING IF DESIRED. PROCESS UNTIL WELL MIXED. ADD MILK AND OATMEAL AND PROCESS UNTIL WELL MIXED. DIVIDE GROUND PORK INTO SMALL PIECES AND PROCESS UNTIL WELL MIXED. PLACE GROUND BEEF IN A BOWL OR ON A PIECE OF FREEZER PAPER AND DUMP MIXTURE FROM FOOD PROCESSOR ONTO THE GROUND BEEF. HAND MIX UNTIL WELL MIXED. PLACE IN large corning ware dish with metal rack in bottom AND BAKE AT 350 DEGREES FOR ABOUT 1 HOUR
