1.5 pounds Lean Ground Turkey 2 medium russet potatoes Approx. 3 C chopped broccoli florets 2 tsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil (for the potatoes only) Lawry's Seasoning Salt TJ's Poultry seasoning Hungarian Paprika (cayenne works too but I ran out) Onion Powder Garlic Powder Fried Chicken Seasoning 2 tsp Ground Mustard
Peel then chop the potatoes into cubes. In a large wok style pan add 2 tsp of olive oil and put on Med. heat then add the diced potatoes. Toss potatoes so that they get evenly coated with olive oil, then add the seasonings above minutes the onion powder, poultry and fried chicken seasoning. I don't measure my seasonings I just go by visual and smell. Be careful with the Lawry's since it is salty, I usually go for a really light sprinkling. Once seasoned, toss again then cover so that the steam will help them cook faster. Stir occasionally so that they don't stick to the pan. After about 10 minutes add the ground turkey and mix with a wooden spoon so that the turkey breaks apart and mixes with the potatoes. Add more garlic powder, Hungarian paprika and add the poultry seasoning, fried chicken seasoning, garlic onion and mustard. Continue to mix so that everything gets mixed well. Cover for about 7 minutes, uncover and stir and let some of the moisture cook away, then add the broccoli, mix again and cover. Continue to mix occasionally and covering in between. Once the turkey is cooked through and the broccoli is aldente your meal is done.

I made this with sweet potatoes instead of russets because thats what I keep on hand and it was delicious! It was hearty and really filled me up, and used all my favorite things in only one pan. I'll make it again for sure!
This was a great dish with a lot of flavor. I used red potatoes and it came out great. Next time I going to try sweet potatoes. Great dish! My one and two year old both loved it. Will make again!!
did not have the chicken or poultry season; turned out very flavorful. used trukey breast meat cut into cubes. will try peppers and mushrooms next time. my husband and 3 y/o twins even liked it.
We are on a low carb diet right now so I opted for Cauliflower instead of potatoes and sauted it in a little olive oil and Everglade seasoning for a couple minutes before adding the meat. Everything turned out very tasty, my husband and the kids ate it up.
I shared this with my family and my son said it was good not great and had seconds, my husband wasn't thrilled, but he doesn't like cabbage. I enjoyed it. For 142 calories, it was great! Very quick and easy to make, I will make it again for my son and I :)
