Directions

CUBE PORK AND GRIND IN MEAT GRINDER. ADD FENNEL SEED AND PEPPER SEED. REGRIND WITH EVERYTHING MIXED. SEPERATE INTO 4 OZ PATTIES OR 1 LB PORTIONS. FREEZE WHAT IS NOT USED RIGHT AWAY.
