Ingredients

    1 1/2 lbs lean pork
    4 cups diced parsnips
    1 1/2 cup sliced carrots
    2 cups cubed butternut squash
    1 box of chicken broth
    1 tbsp salt
    1 tsp pepper
    3 tbsp flour
    3 tbsp butter

Directions

Mix all ingredients except flour and butter in 6 qt crockpot. Cook on high for 6 hours. Melt butter and mix with flour, stir into crockpot to thicken stew. Leave cook for 30 minutes stirring occasionally.
